Tanya Andrews brings both leadership and compassion to her role as Hospital Director at Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital. Growing up in Baltimore, her love for animals began at the age of five when she welcomed her first dog into the family.
Today, Tanya focuses on developing team members, supporting doctors, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service.

What Tanya enjoys most is fostering strong bonds between pets and their families, and being part of a team deeply committed to helping animals thrive. At home, she shares life with her two “foster fail” cats, Gilbert and B, who keep her on her toes. Outside of work, Tanya loves spending time near the water, playing pickleball, and making memories with family and friends. Her approachable spirit and dedication to both people and pets make her an invaluable part of the Buckeystown team.
